The 72nd and Meade Pocket neighborhood is a follow-up project to the 72nd and Meade Redevelopment Studies. It is a mixed-use complex with 10 residential units and approximately 3000 s.f. of small office suites, located on approximately 0.65 acres of consolidated lots on the corner of Meade and 72nd.

Calming the traffic on 72nd Avenue and creating a quiet environment by means of a small courtyard were two of the objectives that guided the design of the site plan. The small buildings that house the office suites create a successful transition from the residential units to 72nd Avenue. Introducing residential uses to an underused urban area, we believe, is a very effective way to rehabilitate the area and create value.
