Mason Street North – Fort Collins, CO: A mixed-use complex with 20 residential units, 17,000 s.f. office/retail, Fort Collins, Colorado.

North Court – Boulder, CO: A mixed-use multi-family residential complex with 68 residential units, and 6500 s.f. office/studio in Boulder, Colorado

Master Plans

Crawford Commons – Clifton, CO: A 77-unit affordable housing development on 12 acres with a 15 acre-foot storm water detention in Clifton Colorado. Project is prepared for Housing Resources of Western Colorado.

North Village – Crested Butte, CO: Creation of Design Guidelines and Standards for a mountain settlement with 1000 residential units and a mixed use village center at Crested Butte, Colorado.

Overlook Village – Carbondale, CO: Creation of Design Guidelines and Standards for a mixed-use neighborhood with 200 residential units and a 40,000 s.f. non-residential use at Carbondale, Colorado.

Rivercrest – Dartmouth, NH: A town center / mixed use community for 250 residential units and non-residential use of 20,000 s.f.
