Senior Associate
Dana Johnson is a native of Fort Collins, Colorado, and received his BA in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2015, and before that, an AAS in Architectural Engineering Technology from Front Range Community College in 2012. He has been at Pel-Ona Architects & Urbanists since 2016.
Pairing prior knowledge of sustainable practives in architecture and construction documenation with principles of New Urbanism learned at Pel-Ona, Dana has found an expanded role of management and design of multi-family projects such as townhomes, mixed-use apartment buildings and beyond. He continues to apply his passion for detail as well as learn new ideas and methods about the practice of careful and sustainable design.
When not at the office, Dana can be found traveling around the world with his wife, or on tour with his band, Velnias. More locally he can be found collecting vintage media, tabletop gaming or simply reading.
