Project Size

30 Acres

Project Description

The Town of Granby engaged Pel-Ona Architects & Urbanists and Wolff Lyon Architects to create a site plan for the 30-acre town-owned Rodeo Grounds property. The goal of the project was to provide a variety of housing options that are deed-restricted for residents who live and work in Granby County and meet 80%-100% of the AMI. The proposed site plan accommodates 300 residential units, a welcoming neighborhood entrance to the community off of Highway 40, and a connection to the existing trail systems and views to natural amenities. The plan was adopted by the Town of Granby in May 2022.
